Sail to Mos Le'Harmless and talk to Brother Tranquility near the dock, then accept a teleport to Harmony Island.

Pull the Saradomin statue, drop down the hole, equip your underwater breathing gear, and repair the flooded stairs with a hammer, nails and planks.

Fetch the prayer book from the Monastery near Edgeville, equip a holy symbol, return to the island and recite the prayer to stop the zombies gassing the windmill.

Recruit Dr Fenkenstrain (wearing the ring of charos), arrange his transport via Rufus in Canifis, and bring 10 wooden cats to lure the ship's crew.

Gather the surgical equipment from the beached ship, then confront Mi-Gor and defeat the Barrelchest (and Sorebones) to complete the quest.
