Walkthrough overview

    Read the important letter from the mysterious messenger to begin the miniquest, which points you to the God Wars Dungeon to defeat the four faction generals for their key pieces.

  2. 2

    Kill each of the four generals — Kree'arra, General Graardor, Commander Zilyana and K'ril Tsutsaroth — dealing the most damage to obtain their key piece (or take it from a bodyguard at 1/20).

    Reach Saradomin's Encampment using the mith grapple, a crossbow and two ropes for the one-time crossing.

    Once all four pieces are collected, assemble them into the frozen key.

    Unlock the frozen door on the south side of the main chamber and enter. Ashuelot Reis reveals there is no treasure — only the imprisoned Zarosian general Nex — completing the miniquest.
