Speak to Brundt the Chieftain north of Rellekka's entrance. You must win the votes of seven of the twelve council members by completing each one's personal trial, in any order.

Manni the Reveller: take up his drinking challenge, then use a low-alcohol beer or beer tankard on the council workman; a tinderbox is needed for the strange object.

Olaf the Bard: speak to him first, then get a lyre (drop from Lanzig/Borrokar/Lensa/Freidir, or carve one with an axe and knife) and use a raw shark/manta ray/sea turtle plus a potato, onion and cabbage to perform.

Sigli the Huntsman: use his hunters' talisman to track down and defeat the Draugen.

Swensen the Navigator: solve the portal maze by spelling his name through the correctly lit rooms.

Thorvald the Warrior: fight and defeat Koschei the deathless through his first three forms with no weapons or armour.

Peer the Seer: deposit all your items and solve the puzzles inside his house, then return to Brundt with all seven votes to complete the quest.
