    Talk to Lokar Searunner at Rellekka's dock and Brundt the Chieftain for a Seal of passage, then bring a lit bullseye lantern and sail with the crew, helping fix the ship in Part 1.

    On Moonclan Island, keep your seal of passage on you and speak to Meteora and the Oneiromancer, who sets three tasks.

    Make the waking sleep potion using a guam leaf, marrentill and a crushed Suqah tooth from killed Suqah, ground with a pestle and mortar.

    Enchant your dramen staff into a lunar staff at the Air, Fire, Water and Earth altars using the elemental talismans.

    Craft the eight ceremonial clothes using coins, a hammer, needle and thread, a spade and a pickaxe, then return everything to the Oneiromancer.
