Canifis is experiencing an upsurge in new faces and a new stranger has appeared with a job to track down some local heroes known only as "The Myreque". The Myreque are fighting a desperate battle against the darkness of Morytania and he wishes to take them weapons to aid in the battle. Can you help him out?

Walkthrough overview

    Speak to Vanstrom Klause in the Hair of the Dog tavern in Canifis. He asks you to deliver weapons to the Myreque and points you to the boatman Cyreg Paddlehorn in Mort'ton.

    Cross the Mort Myre Swamp to Mort'ton, refilling the Druid pouch to keep the ghasts off. Find Cyreg Paddlehorn and persuade him (10 coins or a ring of charos) to ferry you.

    At The Hollows, mend the damaged rope bridge as you cross using three planks, 225 steel nails and a hammer.

    Talk to Curpile Fyod and answer his questions, then hand over all the steel weapons (longsword, two swords, mace, warhammer and dagger) to the Myreque.

    In the ensuing cutscene Vanstrom is revealed as a vampyre and summons a level 97 Skeleton Hellhound; kill it (a safespot exists). Leave via the trapdoor and return to the tavern to complete the quest.
