Enter the Forthos Dungeon and talk to the injured monk Brother Aimeri in the south-east corner, outside Sarachnis' lair.

Use five pieces of food (meat, fish or vegetables) on him to heal him, then agree to keep an eye out to begin the miniquest.

Gather four each of tattered sun, moon and temple pages, dropped by the dungeon's monsters. Bring a knife or slash weapon to cut through the webs.
