Walkthrough overview

    Talk to Veronica outside Draynor Manor, then enter and climb to Professor Oddenstein at the top of the spiral stairs. He needs a pressure gauge, a rubber tube and an oil can to turn Ernest back from a chicken.

    Collect the fish food (blue box, upstairs south of the main staircase) and the poison (green bottle, ground-floor north-western room). Use the poison on the fish food to make poisoned fish food, then use it on the fish tank to get the pressure gauge.

    Grab a spade and search the compost heap on the west side of the grounds to get a key. Use it to reach the room behind the stairs and take the rubber tube (past the aggressive skeleton).

    Open the secret bookcase in the western ground-floor room, descend to the basement and work the levers/doors to retrieve the oil can.

    Return to Professor Oddenstein and give him all three parts to fix his machine and turn Ernest back into a human, completing the quest.
