The dwarves are building a new underground rail link between their city of Keldagrim and the cave goblins' Dorgesh-Kaan, but work is being held up by the discovery of ancient goblin artefacts, and they need the help of a qualified archaeologist. Walkthrough overview

    Speak to Ur-tag or Ambassador Alvijar in northern Keldagrim to start the quest, then head to the train station south-west of the city and talk to Tegdak, who hands you a trowel and specimen brush.

    Dig up the buried artefacts along the unfinished railway tracks using the trowel.

  3. 3

    Equip Magic or Ranged gear (Melee will not work), then escort Zanik toward the Goblin Village, dismissing any follower first so she can accompany you.

    During the H.A.M. ambush, climb the tower and kill the H.A.M. Mage and H.A.M. Archer with Ranged or Magic; a bronze crossbow and bolts spawn upstairs if you need them.

    Travel to the Lumbridge Swamp caves with a light source and meet the goblin sergeants Slimetoes and Mossfists near the entrance.

    Fight Sigmund (level 64), using the ancient mace's special attack to strip his protection prayers, then untie Zanik to finish the quest.
