The gangs of Kourend have recently been uniting under a mysterious figure called the Queen of Thieves, somewhere in Port Piscarilius. This novice quest tasks the player with infiltrating the gangs of Kourend in order to find the Queen of Thieves.

Walkthrough overview

Speak to Tomas Lawry outside the Port Piscarilius bank and agree to help him infiltrate the Saviours of Kourend gang.

Ask a poor-looking resident about the gang, who directs you to Robert O'Reilly. Give him a stew (buying meat, a raw potato and a bowl nearby if needed) to learn the hideout's location.

Climb down the manhole, cross the two small bridges to the island, and talk to Devan Rutter, who asks you to kill the rival gang member Conrad King to prove yourself.

Return to Devan, then speak to the Queen of Thieves in the tent; she reveals herself as Lady Shauna Piscarilius and hands you a letter.

Give the letter to Tomas Lawry, then return to Lady Shauna to complete the quest.
