    Talk to the guard outside the Carnillean Mansion in East Ardougne, follow him upstairs, and inspect Ceril's corpse, the window and the hidden room to investigate the murder.

    At the Fight Arena bar, bribe the Khazard Barman with 100 coins to ask about Evelot, then follow the trail of objects around the arena and fight and defeat Evelot.

    Go to the Hazeel Cult, board the raft, and speak to Alomone/Clivet and Hazeel; General Khazard is summoned and the Mahjarrat form an uneasy alliance with you.

    Travel to Weiss, speak to the shapeshifted Mahjarrat and the villagers, then head into the mine and prison and defeat the level-262 Assassin with Khazard's help.

    Search the dungeon for the required items, solve the ancient-map gate cipher (left, up, left, down) using Tullia's letter and the strange list, and open the way forward.

    Enter the crevice and defeat the Strange Creature boss; it transforms into Jhallan, the assassin teleports him away, and you report back to complete the quest.
