Gather the required items (many can be bought on the Grand Exchange or made during the quest). Head to Al Kharid palace and talk to Chancellor Hassan, who sends you to Spymaster Osman north of the palace.

Osman sends you to his daughter Leela east of Draynor Village. Make the wig from balls of wool and dye it with yellow dye, and prepare the skin paste from redberries, ashes, water and pot of flour.

Make a key imprint by using soft clay on Lady Keli's key, then cast a duplicate cell key from a bronze bar. Talk to Leela to progress the plan.

At the jail, buy rope from Ned if needed, then offer Joe the guard all three beers until he is drunk. Tie up Lady Keli with the rope and open the cell with your key.

Talk to Prince Ali; he uses the wig and pink skirt as a disguise and escapes. Return to Hassan in Al Kharid palace for your reward and quest completion.
