Walkthrough overview

Talk to Will or Anne on the dock east of the Food Store in Port Sarim to begin, then steer their ship south through the Bay of Sarim to the pirate wreck east of the Karamja Shipyard.

Lower the salvaging hook to retrieve a mysterious medallion and an old cup. You then wash up at The Pandemonium.

Speak to 'Squawking' Steve Beanie, then Ribs, to learn about Barnacle Barnaby's curse. Talk to Steve again to be pointed towards Old Grog.

Talk to Junior Jim on the second docked ship and give him the old cup for a raft. Pick up a hammer and saw from the open crates to the south.

Board the raft and build a cargo hold at the facilities hotspot, then return to Junior Jim, who gives you a Captain's log and sends you to Port Sarim to collect cargo, completing the quest.
