Talk to the Observatory professor north of Castle Wars and give him three planks, a bronze bar and molten glass to repair the telescope.

Go down the eastern stairs into the Observatory Dungeon and search chests to find the goblin kitchen key.

Prod the sleeping goblin guard (kill it or trap it behind a wall), pass through the kitchen gate and retrieve the stolen lens mould.

Return the mould to the professor, then climb to the Observatory and view the telescope.

Tell the professor which constellation you saw to complete the quest.
