    Talk to Drezel in the Paterdomus basement, then cross into the Mort Myre Swamp through the gate to look for Filliman Tarlock.

    At Filliman's grotto, grow a mushroom on a rotting log with the Bloom scroll and show it to him, completing the ritual on the grotto stones.

    Return to Drezel and have him bless your silver sickle.

    Back in the swamp, operate the blessed sickle to cast Bloom next to logs and bushes, and fill a druid pouch with three pears, fungi or stems.

    Use the druid pouch to make the three ghasts visible, kill them, then speak to the Nature Spirit in the grotto to complete the quest.
