    Travel to Tarn's Lair, either by teleporting there with a slayer ring or by reaching the Haunted Mine via Burgh de Rott and the agility shortcut over the mine cart.

    Enter the lair and watch the opening cutscene revealing Mutant Tarn. Optionally bank with Odovacar to the north-east if you need to restock.
