Speak to Marlo in the Varrock Estate Agent's house to start the miniquest, grabbing the saw on the ground, then head to Old Man Yarlo in south-east Varrock.

Speak to Yarlo and remove all the old furniture (chair, carpet, two tables, two stools, campbed), right-clicking the carpet to remove it.

Build the new furniture from planks, bolts of cloth and nails using the hammer and saw; everything except the bed can be built now.

Get 3 waxwood planks free from the Varrock sawmill operator, return to build the bed and finish the furniture, then report back to Marlo for your reward.
