    Used: Used with the enchanted quill while gathering information from Kourend's general store owners.

Walkthrough overview

    Speak to Veos at the Port Sarim dock to sail to Great Kourend, then ask him for a quest in Port Piscarilius. He gives you an enchanted scroll and quill.

    Travel to Hosidius, Shayzien, Lovakengj and Arceuus and question each general store owner about their city, recording the answers with the feather-fed quill.

    Go to the Dark Altar north of Arceuus and activate the orb, which shatters.

    Return to Veos in Port Piscarilius, who becomes possessed by his client and rewards you, completing the quest.
