Talk to Sir Amik Varze in the west wing of White Knights' Castle in Falador and read the self-destructing dossier he gives you to start the quest.

Make sure you have a cabbage, an iron chainbody and a bronze med helm, buying the armour on the way to the fortress if needed.

Travel to the Black Knights' Fortress north-east of the Dwarven Mine and equip the iron chainbody and bronze med helm to disguise yourself as a Black Knight, then enter through the southern door.

Listen at the grill to overhear the Black Knights discussing their secret weapon, a powerful potion.

Climb the ladder to the upper landing, push open the wall, and use your cabbage on the hole to ruin the potion. Return to Sir Amik Varze to finish the quest.
