How a round works
Mine guardian fragments from the remains around the Temple, combine them into guardian essence, then carry that essence to a runic altar to imbue it — exactly like normal Runecrafting, at the same level requirement per rune. Doing that (or repairing a damaged barrier, or feeding a guardian stone to the Great Guardian) all raise its charge; abyssal creatures pour through the rift trying to drain it back down. Close it to 100% and everyone gets paid in points and Runecraft experience. There is no item you must bring to take part at all — only a Runecraft level and Temple of the Eye.
Fragments, essence and the runes you make
