Speak with Cassius by the Lumbridge pond, south of the windmill. He asks you to question Seth and Gillie Groats about their productive animals.

Talk to Gillie Groats in the cow field, then Seth Groats in the nearby house. Search the shelves on his southern wall for The Groats Principles and return to Cassius.

Take Cassius's milk sample to Duke Horacio in Lumbridge Castle, then to Gillie, drinking the sample yourself when asked.

Enter the north-eastern gate and fight Brutus the bull, avoiding his scaling special attacks, to finish the quest.
