Walkthrough overview

    Travel to Miscellania and speak to Advisor Ghrim to start, then talk to Prince Brand or Princess Astrid to trigger the plan to marry King Vargas and Queen Sigrid.

    Investigate the stolen goods: speak to King Vargas and a Miscellania worker, then cross to Etceteria to speak with Queen Sigrid and one of her citizens.

    Report back to King Vargas and Ghrim, then talk to the Sailor at the docks. Get an access scroll from the King and take it to Donal to enter the dungeon.

    In the caves, use the mining prop to squeeze through, then repair the broken lift with items from the boxes and 5 coal added to the engine, using a rope to operate it.

    Take the plank and head east, using a rope to swing across the water and the plank to cross the slippery rocks. Search the fire remains for the three parts of the burnt diary.

    Speak to the lost children, then fight through the Sea Snake Young and kill the Giant Sea Snake, praying against melee or missiles as needed.

    Collect the heavy box the snake drops, surface near Sigrid's castle, and report to Queen Sigrid and then King Vargas to finish the quest.
