    Inspect Pirate Pete in the Lumbridge Castle dining room, then talk to the Cook to learn the fishcake recipe: ground cod, breadcrumbs, ground crab meat and ground kelp.

    Grind a raw cod with a pestle and mortar and make breadcrumbs from bread, using a knife to prepare ingredients.

    Take a fishbowl, needle and 3 bronze wire to Murphy at Port Khazard to make and assemble a diving apparatus.
