Walkthrough overview
A brief summary of the quest, noting where each card is used. The OSRS Wiki has the full, authoritative walkthrough.
- 1
Travel to the Abandoned Mine in south-west Morytania and speak to the Saradominist zealot, agreeing to help reach the Salve crystals.
- 2
Descend through the mine's cart tracks to the stagnant pool and pick a glowing fungus to use as a light source in the flooded lower level.
- 3
Place the fungus in a searchable mine cart and use the points panel to route it down toward the lift, then make your way back to retrieve it.
- 4
Carry the fungus to the water lift, picking up a chisel from the crate if needed, then use the zealot's key on the valve and quickly ride the lift down.
- Chisel
- 5
Try to pick up the innocent-looking key to trigger Treus Dayth (level 95); pray Protect from Missiles, chase him when he turns invisible, and defeat him.
- 6
Take the crystal-mine key, open the large door, and use a chisel on the crystal outcrop to obtain a salve shard, finishing the quest.
- Chisel
