Contact!
ExperiencedMembersShortOSRS TCG Contact! — Old School RuneScape quest card mapping
Start: talk to High Priest (Sophanem).
The High Priest of Icthlarin has problems again - this time with the inhabitants of Menaphos. Sophanem is recovering from the plague, yet most of its citizens are still trapped on the other side of the river. Diplomacy has failed and subterfuge beckons. Clearly, this is the sort of job that a shifty adventurer could excel in.
Contact! is a members Old School RuneScape quest rated Experienced. The OSRS TCG Contact! card list covers 4 of the items and monsters involved, including Giant Scarab, Locust rider and Scarab Mage. This page pairs the quest with those cards and with the open player trades for them; the OSRS Wiki remains the authority on requirements and the walkthrough itself.

Required items & monsters
Items you need to bring and the monsters you'll fight, paired with their OSRS TCG cards. See the wiki for the full requirement list.
- A light sourceany one
Any light source works; non-extinguishable ones (Kandarin headgear, Firemaking cape, Abyssal lantern, bruma torch) are strongly recommended as traps can't put them out. A guard under the temple sells an unlit torch for 200 coins if you have none.
Used: Navigating the dark, trap-filled Sophanem Dungeon.

A brief summary of the quest, noting where each card is used. The OSRS Wiki has the full, authoritative walkthrough.
- 1
Travel to Sophanem and speak to the High Priest in the Great Temple to start the quest. He suggests reaching Menaphos through the old Scabarite tunnels below.
- 2
Climb down into the temple dungeon, optionally buying a torch and tinderbox from the guard, and navigate the trap-filled maze past scarab mages and locust riders using Protect from Magic.
- A light source
- Tinderbox
- 3
Search Kaleef's corpse for his notes, then speak to Maisa across the chasm; she asks you to prove you rescued Prince Ali.
- 4
Travel to Al Kharid and convince Osman to meet Maisa outside Sophanem, then re-equip for a fight and journey back through the tunnels.
- A light source
- 5
Return to Kaleef's body; a cutscene triggers the boss fight against the level 191 Giant Scarab, which spawns scarab swarms. Defeat it.
- 6
Collect Kaleef's keris dagger, then return to the High Priest to complete the quest.
