Getting in is free — two levers work the arena's gates — but this is deep Wilderness, and the bank just outside the entrance is a well-known player-killing hotspot. What you carry is a PvP-risk question specific to your build, not something this page can answer.
The battle mages you fight to charge a spell
Casting a god spell 100 times on the battle mages inside the inner ring is the entire point of the visit — the spell doesn't need to land, just be cast. Wearing that god's cape stops the mages being aggressive toward you.
