Last Man Standing
Free-to-playOld School RuneScape minigame · OSRS TCG card mapping
A battle-royale minigame: up to 24 players drop onto an island with a randomly assigned equipment build, then fight until one is left as a spreading fog forces everyone together. Competitive games pay points toward a reward shop; casual games pay nothing, and high-stakes games pay coins straight to the top finishers.
Last Man Standing is a free-to-play Old School RuneScape minigame needing Combat, found at Ferox Enclave. This page maps Last Man Standing to the OSRS TCG — the card game played through the RuneLite plugin — listing what you take in, grouped by what each item is for, with every item linked to its card. The OSRS Wiki remains the guide to playing it.

- RequiresCombatNo entry requirement, and available identically to free-to-play and members — the minigame supplies its own equipment, so your account's own gear and levels never come into it.
What to bring — nothing, the arena equips you
Last Man Standing strips your own bank and levels the moment you join: everyone on the island is given the same randomly chosen account build (Max/Med, Zerker, or 1 Def Pure) and picks a spellbook and starting kit from the supply chest inside the lobby. There is nothing to pack — the point of the minigame is fighting on equal footing, not on whatever you own.
The loadout you'll choose from
The supply chest west of Lisa is where you set your inventory, worn equipment and spellbook before a game starts. These are examples of what's on offer, drawn straight from the supply chest and the default kits — not something you bring from outside.
- Any ofSupplies from the chest(optional)
Standard PvP consumables offered in the supply chest, alongside the Standard, Ancient Magicks and Lunar spellbooks (the last one disabled for 1 Def Pure builds).
- OptionalRune defender
Part of the default equipment given to some account builds.
Loot from other players
Beyond your starting kit, equipment can be looted from other players during the match — including upgraded gear from the game's loot tables that you'd otherwise need to earn elsewhere.
- Any ofMoon equipment(optional)
- Blue moon chestplate
- orBlue moon tassets
- orBlue moon spear
- orBlood moon chestplate
- orBlood moon tassets
- orDual macuahuitl
Found in the minigame's loot tables per account build, not brought in — pick it up off a defeated opponent.
What winning pays
Casual games pay nothing at all. Competitive games pay points based on performance (as long as you've killed at least one player), redeemed at Justine's Last Shopper Standing shop, and high-stakes games pay coins directly — 7,500,000 to the sole survivor and 2,500,000 to the runner-up, with third to fifth place getting their next high-stakes entry free.

Last Man Standing — frequently asked
- What is the minimum you need for Last Man Standing?
- No specific items — just Combat.
- Which OSRS TCG cards are tied to Last Man Standing?
- Every item on this page that exists in the catalogue is linked to its card, grouped by what it is for. Cards are pulled from packs in the OSRS TCG RuneLite plugin, and you can trade for the ones you are missing on OSRS Card Exchange.
- Is there an OSRS TCG card for Last Man Standing itself?
- No. The OSRS TCG has cards for Old School RuneScape's items and monsters, not for its minigames — so there is no "Last Man Standing" card. What this page maps is the other way round: the items Last Man Standing asks you to bring, each one linked to the card that depicts it.
