A Smithing minigame where you forge giant-sized swords for the blacksmith Kovac, alloying bars into a preform and then refining it at a sequence of stations before handing it in for experience, gold and Foundry Reputation.
Giants' Foundry is a members Old School RuneScape minigame needing Smithing, found at A cave beneath the Giants' Plateau. The short version: a bucket, to pick up the hot preform. The one item you need
Giants' Foundry asks for almost nothing beyond bars and a Smithing level. The single required item is something to safely lift the finished preform off the mould jig.

Bring an empty bucket (or find one on site) and fill it with water so you can lift the mould without burning your hands. Ice gloves and smithing gloves (i) do the same job but aren't catalogue cards.
The bars you melt
Kovac's commission always wants a sword forged from bars added to the crucible — any mix works, but alloying two metals scores far higher than a single one. A sword made entirely of rune has a base metal score of 60; equal parts adamant and rune reaches over 130.

Any bar works on its own; blending two tiers is what actually raises the sword's quality. Each bar still needs its usual Smithing level to add to the crucible.
Foundry Reputation and the Reward Shop
Reputation and a gold payout come from every sword you hand in, scaled to its final quality. Reputation buys extra moulds for a higher starting mould score, or the items below at Kovac's Reward Shop.
