Arceuus Library
MembersOld School RuneScape minigame · OSRS TCG card mapping
A book-finding activity rather than a fight: the library's three researchers each ask for a specific text hidden somewhere in the shelves, and delivering it earns a Book of arcane knowledge that trains Magic or Runecraft. The books move between worlds and reshuffle every hour or so.
Arceuus Library is a members Old School RuneScape minigame, found at The Grand Library of Great Kourend, in the north-west of Arceuus. This page maps Arceuus Library to the OSRS TCG — the card game played through the RuneLite plugin — listing what you take in, grouped by what each item is for, with every item linked to its card. The OSRS Wiki remains the guide to playing it.

Speak to Sam, Professor Gracklebone or Villia and they name a book they want. Biblia on the top floor narrows it to a floor and section. Find that book in the shelves, hand it in, and you get a Book of arcane knowledge — read it for Magic or Runecraft experience, whichever the researcher was offering. It is members-only and no longer needs any Kourend favour; you can walk in and start.
The books you'll be asked to find
You are asked for one book at a time, drawn from the library's whole collection. Any single book lets you play a round — so you can play partially the moment you find one — but the library cycles through the entire set below, and you'll want to know all of them to play the activity properly. These are the requested texts that exist as cards; a few others (Hosidius letter, Varlamore envoy, Ricktor's diary) are asked for too but have no card.

Arceuus Library — frequently asked
- What is the minimum you need for Arceuus Library?
- Which OSRS TCG cards are tied to Arceuus Library?
- Every item on this page that exists in the catalogue is linked to its card, grouped by what it is for. Cards are pulled from packs in the OSRS TCG RuneLite plugin, and you can trade for the ones you are missing on OSRS Card Exchange.
- Is there an OSRS TCG card for Arceuus Library itself?
- No. The OSRS TCG has cards for Old School RuneScape's items and monsters, not for its minigames — so there is no "Arceuus Library" card. What this page maps is the other way round: the items Arceuus Library asks you to bring, each one linked to the card that depicts it.
