Foiled Cards - Horizontal or Vertival Unlocks?

I've unlocked Foiled Bloodmoon; I'm a fan of horizontal rewards instead of vertical unlocks for Foiled Cards. So for Bloodmoon Foiled, I believe 1 horizontal or 1 vertical (down) unlock is the best way treat foiled? Keen to see what the community thinks on this, thanks
